Dejan Petrović is a film director and producer. As a producer, he has taken part in the production of about 60 short documentaries. He is the founder and general manager of the Independent Film Centre Filmart. He works as the professor of Documentary Film at the department of Film and TV directing at the Academy of Arts in Belgrade. Also, he is a member of DokSerbia – the Association of Documentary Filmmakers of Serbia. He has held many lectures in Serbia and abroad, and participated as a member of the jury at various film festivals around the world.
His films have been shown at numerous film festivals worldwide (IDFA, Thessaloniki Documentary Festival, Go Short, Busan International Short Film Festival, Hong Kong International Film Festival, Doker, Helsinki International Film Festival, Dokufest, Beldocs, Underhill etc.).
His two most recent documentaries, The Same (2017) and Adjusting (2021), which premiered in the IDFA Competition for Short Documentary of IDFA, won more than 25 awards at film festivals around the world.
Slađana Petrović Varagić Interaction executive director
Slađana Petrović Varagić is a cultural manager, curator and producer. She holds an MA in art history from the Faculty of Philosophy (2001) and an MA in film and media from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts at the University of Belgrade (Serbia). Since 2006 she has been a member and programme coordinator at the Independent Film Centre Filmart, which carries out several projects.
She has created, curated and produced numerous projects, exhibitions and art works in the field of contemporary visual arts and film. She works as a mentor and consultant in different programmes, as well as a researcher in the field of visual art and film. For her work she was awarded with several important awards - one of them is the Lazar Trifunović Award for art criticism and theoretical consideration of contemporary visual art in printed and electronic media in Serbia in 2021.
Predrag Živković graduated from the Department of Film and TV Production at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. He has worked on all jobs in television production (cameraman, ENG editor, journalist, organiser, producer, head of the production sector) on RTS and regional Television Čačak. He is the founder and president of the Centre for the Development of Audiovisual Media Kinokult in Čačak. He is a member of the Council of the International Festival of Animated Film Animanima and, on two occasions, was the executive producer of the festival; he is also a member of the Council of the Festival of Ambient and Ethno Music Carousel. His current position is that of the curator of video and film programmes at the Art Gallery Nadežda Petrović and the initiator and coordinator of the international event Sonja's September. So far, he has produced numerous exhibitions and participated in the production of over 60 documentaries, as a producer and executive producer.
Nađa Lapčević Interaction festival coordinator
Nađa Lapčević is an independent producer. She graduated from the the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. She was employed as a line producer on a feature documentary film Celestial Theme, directed by Mladen Matičević. She is employed by Filmart, working on Interaction - a documentary film education programme based in Serbia. She is an Erasmus Mundus Masters graduate. She is a LiM | Less is More - the European feature film development programme and MIDPOINT Series Launch graduate. She currently works on a slate of projects in development, while engaging in freelance production in Edinburgh.
Miloš Vuković Interaction workshop coordinator
Miloš Vuković is a bachelor of Pedagogy, graduated from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philosophy. He is currently enrolled in a MSc programme in Project Management at the Faculty of Organisational Sciences in Belgrade. He has worked as an associate teacher at LekArt Educational Centre in Belgrade, science communicator at the Centre for Promotion of Science in Belgrade, and as an online teacher at Betakid. He has been a part of the IFC Filmart’s Interaction programme since 2015, first as a volunteer and later as a coordinator on the various aspects of the project.
Ana Ostojić is a fourth year student of the BA programme of Andragogy. She has been a part of the Interaction programme since 2017, first as a volunteer and later as a local coordinator and communications coordinator on the project. She has experience in project coordination and communication management in various organisations and projects (Bazaart, Half Way, BINA summer film school, Zenergia Hub, etc.) focused on using art and culture as educational tools to promote cultural diversity. As a young student, she is still learning and developing her skills and competences in the field.

Sreten Vuković works with video, animation, photography, graphic and web design. He was engaged as cinematographer and editor of several documentary and experimental films and series. He has worked for several TV and production companies in Serbia and abroad. His works have been presented at several film festivals and individual and group exhibitions in the country and abroad.
Uroš Pavlović is a freelance graphic designer and illustrator, graduated from the department of Graphic Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Novi Sad. He was born in Požega, and lives and works in Belgrade.
Katarina Radović was born in Belgrade, where she lives and works. She studied Art History at the University of Sussex in Brighton, UK, and later acquired her BA Degree in Photography from the Academy of Arts BK in Belgrade in 2006. As a free-lance artist photographer she has participated in a number of solo and group exhibitions in Serbia and abroad.
In addition to photography, she is actively involved in the translation of professional texts and books on photography and contemporary art. She worked for the publishing house Clio, Remont gallery, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Belgrade, etc. She has been part of the Interaction team as a translator since 2020.
Sofija Živković is a linguistic student from Pančevo. Alongside primary and high school, she attended a private school of English language, where she prepared the FCE exam (Cambridge First Certificate in English) which she obtained in 2017. Currently on her last year of studies at the English department at the Faculty of Philology on the University of Belgrade, she will graduate by the end of 2022. Aside from occasionally teaching private English lessons, for the past year she mainly worked on translations. She worked on subtitling for cartoons and dubbing for TV shows, as well as copywriting.

Filip Stokić is currently finishing the College of Health Vocational Studies, department for Nutrition. He has worked as a translator, an online English teacher, an entertainment manager etc. He attended ECPC Congress (European Cancer Patient Coalition) in Brussels, as an official representative for ILCO Serbia in 2019 and 2022. This year, he attended Erasmus+ project with young people from 6 different countries on the subject considering people with disabilities. In the past two years he was actively involved in working with kids from his community, guiding them, supporting them and helping them express themselves creatively in a kind of modern kindergarten in the open, run by his mother.
Jovana Jevremović Interaction camp local production coordinator
Jovana Jevremović is a third year student of journalism at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade. In her free time, she is engaged in informal education and activism, and is the founder of the citizens' association Erudita. Last year, she volunteered on Interaction: Student Film Camp, and later at the Beldocs festival.
Nikolina Milić Interaction camp local production coordinator
Nikolina Milić is this year's graduate of the Užice High School and future student of the Academy of Arts (Belgrade). She was a participant of the Film Education Centre Interaction (FECI) in 2021, as well as a volunteer at the Beldocs documentary film festival. She has a penchant for art, since she comes from an artistic family, and in her free time she does photography and graphics.
