Before you start filling out the application form, please read carefully the submission guidelines and instructions on how to apply, given below.
Who can apply?
Film professionals, students of film academies as well as all those who wish to improve their knowledge and skills in making creative documentary films or develop their documentaries with our tutors.
It is necessary for all applicants to speak English fluently and complete the online application form completely.
Application for projects in development
If you would like to, you are able to apply with a project in development, regardless of the length (short or feature-length documentary) or the current stage of the project (in development, production or the rough cut stage).
Participation fee
The participation fee is 630 euros (paid in RSD) per participant and covers the following costs:
- lectures
- participation in Doc in Progress (exclusively for participants whose projects are selected)
- accreditation for all screenings within I: SDF
- participation in joint programmes – Speed Meeting, Panel, free time activities
- hotel accommodation and meals:
- 7 nights in a hotel in Požega / double or triple room (17–23 August 2022)
- breakfast: 7 meals (18–24 August 2022)
- lunch: 7 meals (17–23 August 2022)
- lunch package: 1 meal (24 August 2022)
- 1 night in a hostel in Belgrade / double or triple room (24 August 2022)
- transport of participants:
- Belgrade – Požega (17 August 2022)
- Požega – Belgrade (24 August 2022)
The participation fee does not include the following costs:
- transport to Belgrade from participant’s home country and back
- issuing a visa (if required to come to Serbia)
- international travel health insurance including COVID-19 medical coverage (only for participants from abroad)
- additional costs in the hotel / hostel
The participation fee must be paid no later than 30 June 2022.
Submission
There is no submission fee.

The deadline for submission is 10 June 2022
The number of participants is limited.
Selection of candidates
After the application deadline, the selection committee will review the applications, select the candidates and publish the list of participants, as well as the list of selected projects in development (6 projects in total).
Selected participants will be informed by e-mail no later than
20 June 2022.
